Base package which defined by Umrah operator and all services (accommodation in Makkah and Madina , local transportation , touring service)
- Services should be insert in order
- Duration of the package is not less than 5 days and not more than 30 days
- The services should include at least one hotel in Makkah Al Mukarama and one local transport movement
- Adult price is not less than 650
- The base package must be sent to the ministry before it is sold to the external agent
- Type of room and the prices (adult - child - infant) and the validity date of the base package should be specified when sold to external agent
