Question :
What is the ruling on a matter where a man does not have to fast because of medical reasons yet forces his wife to have relations while she is fasting ?

Answer :
Praise be to Allaah
It is not permitted for the husband to do this no matter what condition he is in since fasting is obligatory on her. If he requires to have sexual intercourse, then it must be between Magrep and Fajr during Ramadaan.
