Question: I have children and I wash and clean my child's impurities. Does this nullify my ablution or not?

Response: Washing the impurities off of the body that is being washed or otherwise does not invalidate the ablution unless one touches the private part. In that case, the ablution is nullified as is the case if a person touches his/her own private part.
